Wash Packages

Basic wash $375

-Includes front, back, sides & slide outs

-Once over with cleaner and brush scrub

-Once over with spray on/hose off wax

-Awning mildew spray, scrub, condition

Seasonal Inspection $375

(No SC charge)

-Inspect roof caulk

-Look for any damage to roof membrane or soft spots

-Inspect caulking on moldings, windows, gutters, sides, slideouts, etc.

-Clean and condition slide seals

-Lube slide mechanism (If applicable)

-Clean A/C unit interior and exterior

-Test light furnace

-Awning condition and operation

-Advise on any needed repairs
